How we use what you send us
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, organisation, role, email or mobile number, your checklist answers and your message. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies; it remembers only your light or dark choice in your own browser.
Why
To reply to your request, send the sample pages or titles you asked for, and prepare a proposal if you want one.
Where it goes
Messages from the contact form and the checklist are emailed to contact@mtwafiq.com. Registrations for the five free titles are collected with Google Forms and kept in MTWAFIQ’s Google account.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not put them into AI tools.

Accounts, visitor type and activity
If you sign in, we store your email address (or mobile number), your layer (Individuals, Teams or Institutions), your plan (Freemium, Premium, Team pass or a Corporate plan) with its dates, any team pass code you entered, the titles you request, and a log of what you do on the site: pages you open, titles you download and games you play. We use it to tailor the content to you and to improve MTWAFIQ. Sign-in codes are stored only as a one-way hash and expire after 10 minutes. We do not sell or share this data. Visitor counts use a random browser id hashed per day — no names or IP addresses. The online lobby shows only the nickname you choose, and chat messages are deleted after 10 minutes.
Two MTWAFIQ websites, one account
www.mtawfiq.com (Learn · Play · Team up) and www.mtwafiq.com (MTWAFIQ Business) are both run by MTWAFIQ and share one account system: your account, plan, team key and activity are the same on both. A team leader sees how many people joined with their key — not their names or emails. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
MTWAFIQ CoE workspaces
Client documents stay in the client’s own SharePoint or Google Drive. The CoE keeps only links, comments, review status and an audit log, in an isolated workspace per client. No external AI service reads client data. The MTWAFIQ CoE team opens a client’s workspace only to deliver the services the client agreed to in writing; every action — by the client or by MTWAFIQ — is written to that client’s audit log.
Job applications
When you apply for a role on the Join MTWAFIQ page, your details reach us by email and are used for recruitment only. Your CV goes to contact@mtwafiq.com — we take no file uploads on the website. Applications that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months, or at once on request.
Feedback survey
Once every few months we may ask one question — how likely you are to recommend MTWAFIQ — with an optional comment. We ask for no name or email; we keep the score, the comment, the page and a random browser id (hashed), only to improve the website and our services.
Your rights
We process personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent — write to contact@mtwafiq.com. On the public site, IP addresses are kept only as a one-way hash to prevent abuse and deleted within two days; in CoE workspaces the audit log records the IP address of each action for the client’s security review.
