The Flow Pool — race to the wall on time
Each lane is a process. Rectangles are activities, diamonds are decisions, dots are customers swimming from demand on the left to delivery on the right. Any step slower than takt builds a queue and slows the whole lane. Hover or press a step for its cycle time, SLA and fixes.

How it works: takt = working time ÷ daily demand. Effective CT = CT × visits per unit (rework counts) ÷ people. A step with effective CT above takt cannot keep up, so its queue grows all day and customers miss the SLA. Processes, times and targets are illustrative, set in the fictional Al-Qimma Bank.
